The flames were extinguished by firefighters and a helicopter from the Cecopin of the Cabildo de Tenerife
Thirty cars that were parked in the parking lot of a used car dealership ended up burned in the fire that occurred yesterday in Las Chafiras, in San Miguel de Abona.
The fire started near the Chimbesque ravine, next to the Las Andoriñas industrial estate and the motorway. A 45-year-old man was moderately intoxicated by inhaling smoke.

Three firefighter units from the Tenerife Consortium, volunteer firefighters from Adeje, local police and a helicopter from the Cecopin of the Cabildo de Tenerife intervened in the operation to extinguish the flames.
